The following information are required

• name of the group
• total persons
• arrival & departure date
• billing name, address and contact
• additional services

We will check our availability and reply with an offer – ProForma invoice.

Payment confirmation

• Groups of more / less than 20 people are required to send us a signed and stamped copy of the offer by fax and make the advance payment in order to confirm the booking.
• Payments by credit card: charged in advance

Advance payments

• 30% of total amount must be paid at booking confirmation.
• 70% must be paid 1 month before arrival.

All costs involved in the transfer of funds must be covered by the ordering customer.

After the offer expires, Souhostel reserves the right to automatically cancel the services reserved.

A confirmed offer automatically indicates agreement to General Terms and Conditions.

After receiving your confirmation, a confirmation of your booking will be sent by e-mail.

2. Credit card payment:

Credit card number (VISA or MASTERCARD) + expiry date; service charged in advance

Rooming list

We advise you to send us a rooming list 7 days before arrival in order to have a quicker and fuss-free check-in.

Include full name, address, birth date, nationality and passport number of every group member.

After your departure

After your services have been completed, you will be issued a receipt for your payment.
