Celica Rocks is back in 2025 – still dancing, grooving, and moving at the hottest concert events in town!

For the fourth year in a row, we’re turning our summer garden into the epicenter of live music in Ljubljana. Every Thursday in July and August, we’ll host amazing bands, an even better vibe, and that special kind of magic that only happens on our Summer Garden!

We’re kicking off the season with the avant-garde wildcards from the coast – Kavasutra, joined by the always brilliant BibliBan!

Kavasutra is a four-member band from the Creative Zone of Vrtojba, contributing to the Slovenian creative music scene. All members come from Zlatko Kaučič's school, where they spent years refining their musical expression, which they now explore not only in Kavasutra, but also in many other projects. This year, they released their second album Ta veseli dan under the Radio Študent – Zarš label.

With the new album, new inspirations are emerging, rooted in a deep dive into progressive rock, jazz, grunge, and the rock music of the 1970s. You can feel the band's love for Frank Zappa and Marko Brecelj. Kavasutra seeks authenticity in music and aims to be socially critical, yet doesn’t take itself too seriously, spicing it all up with a healthy dose of irony and absurd humor.

BibliBan, our avant-rock-fusion-punk companions, began their journey by winning the high school band competition Špil Liga, and were later selected for Klubski maraton 2022, a nationwide alternative music tour organized by Radio Študent. In 2024, they released their debut album Na, Na, Na, Crazy! and successfully completed three European tours.

It’s only right they stop by our Summer Garden in 2025!
