Celica Rocks is back in 2025 – still dancing, grooving, and moving at the hottest concert events in town! For the fourth year in a row, we’re turning our summer garden into the epicenter of live music in Ljubljana. Every Thursday in July and August, we’ll host amazing bands, an even better vibe, and that special kind of magic that only happens on our Summer Garden!

This Thursday, the hot summer evenings will be further fired up by indie rockers Long Dumb Voices, joined by the always outstanding singer-songwriter Tschimy!

Long Dumb Voices are composed of four horsemen of the indie rock apocalypse, riding their cayuses since 2017. The cavalry is formed by Erik Kerpan - Ker π, Jernej Potočan - bibo digital, Gal Sajko - Socrates, and Rok Petrovčič Vižintin - algo wizard. The storm coming from paradise is marked by two long dumb voices that sail along the great river of Ljubljanica on a boat of drumming and submerged tones (which never fully sink) towards a bright future. Time keeps on running, they less so, yet they have managed to cross over the club-Marathon field of Radio Študent to their first album release, whose catchy guitar lines and lively rhythm section move listeners to tears. They love midwest emo and hyper pop, missed guitar lessons at school, and still can’t skateboard. In the storm of Slovenian indie rock bands, they shine in the dark night.

The young Ljubljana-based artist of mixed Slovenian-Gabonese heritage, Tschimy, creates bedroom music with a high level of technical skill. Nearly five years ago, this young singer, songwriter, producer, beatmaker, and more surprised us with his EP Human OS. On his 2023 album Princ, he found new guitar-driven pop-rock fuel within his blend of soulful R’n’B and indie pop. With tracks like Hera, Molokai, and Dialog, he has already struck a chord with audiences, and his latest single Žamet marks yet another standout achievement in contemporary Slovenian singer-songwriter music. Tschimy performs his music live with a full band.
