Galerija Srečišče gosti vrhunska slovenska ustvarjalca: pesnik Jure Jakob prihaja s knjigo izbranih pesmi, akademska slikarka Anja Jerčič Jakob pa z izborom risb.

Srečišče Gallery hosts two superb Slovenian artists. Poet Jure Jakob comes with a book of selected poems, while painter Anja Jerčič Jakob brings a selection of drawings. Together twice: Anja’s drawings as part of Jure’s book, Jure’s poems as part of Anja’s exhibition. Poetry that, from a relatively simple identifiable denotative level, seeks to invoke the world beyond words in the least intrusive way possible. Images that, through the subtle juxtaposition of simple figures and textures, move beyond the visible, to the questionable, mysterious fragility and ambiguity of human existence. Voice and line. Silence and purity.
